BitterBot employs a unique three-tier design: Tier 1 (Local Nodes) runs on user devices for immediate inference, personal memory, and "System 1" intuition; Tier 2 (P2P Mesh) uses Soapbox, Rust, libp2p, and Gossipsub protocol with 72.4% Byzantine Fault Tolerance; Tier 3 (Parent Brain) is the centralized reasoning engine using "System 2" thinking to synthesize global knowledge from millions of nodes.
